How to Return an Item

Print Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label we provide. No return shipping fees for defective items.
Pack & Ship
Pack the item securely in its original packaging. Drop off at any authorized shipping location.
Get Refunded
Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund is processed within 3-5 business days.
